The Mentoring program supports early-career Dentists to develop the expertise, confidence, resilience and experience they need to deliver high-quality oral health to the community and also provides a platform for them to become more experienced, and upskill as they progress.

Who can apply

To join as a mentee, you must comply with the criteria:

• New graduate (0-3 years post-graduation from an Australian University) 

• Adc graduate (0-3 years post ADC exam)
